These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Swing Sarkari (the "Service"), a signal-viewing application operated by an individual proprietor trading as Swing Sarkari ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Important — please read before subscribing.

Swing Sarkari is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. The signals, indicators, and market commentary displayed in the Service are generated by automated, rule-based software and are provided purely for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute personalised investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Trading and investing in equity, derivatives, and commodity markets carries a substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and you should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before acting on any information shown in the Service.

1. The Service

Swing Sarkari displays algorithmically generated technical signals (such as trend, momentum, open-interest, and volume-based indicators) derived from publicly available market data. The Service does not place trades, manage funds, or have access to your brokerage or bank account. You remain in full control of any trading decisions and execute them, if at all, through your own broker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase (currently ₹399 for a 30-day period).
Access is granted for the duration of the period you have paid for. To continue using the Service afterwards, a fresh payment is required for the next period.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
A refundable verification charge may be collected before granting full access, in line with our anti-abuse and fraud-prevention checks; this charge is refunded automatically as described at the time of payment.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

You will not share your account access, login credentials, or subscription with any other person.
You will not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service or the signals it displays.
You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and signal-generation logic within the Service is the property of Swing Sarkari. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view and use the Service for its intended purpose — it does not transfer any ownership or licensing rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swing Sarkari and its proprietor shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any signal, indicator, or piece of information displayed in the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal will be accurate or profitable.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or misused the Service in any way.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Chikkaballapur district, Karnataka.
